Nationwide CNC & manufacturing staffing
High-Volume Manufacturing Staffing
When a manufacturer needs a team rather than one specialist, hiring plans should be staged around actual training capacity and shift coverage.
What we match
Share total headcount, start-date waves, retention goals, location, attendance expectations and whether the work is local-only. We will evaluate feasibility before promising fill dates.
Tell us your worksite, machine types, number of employees, shift schedule, required experience and desired start date. Candidate availability and coverage are assessed for each request.
Build the staffing plan around production capacity
When a facility needs five, ten, or more production workers, the hiring plan should start with the actual production schedule. Identify headcount by shift, machine type, required experience, and whether each work cell has enough qualified supervision. A single request for ten operators may involve different skills for milling, turning, inspection, and material handling.
Staggered starts can be more practical than introducing a large group on one day. We recommend identifying the facility's orientation capacity, training owners, PPE requirements, quality procedures, and attendance expectations before finalizing a deployment schedule. Titan reviews candidate availability and role fit for each worksite; volume does not imply an automatic fill guarantee.
Experienced operators and technical specialists are separate roles
For repeat production, experienced CNC operators may run approved programs, load fixtures, monitor cutting, and perform documented inspections. Setup machinists and programmers carry different responsibilities, such as workholding changes, tool selection, program edits, and process troubleshooting. A mixed staffing plan may require both categories rather than assuming every operator can independently set up a machine.
When scoping a multi-person request, tell us which shifts already have setup and quality support. This helps define what each temporary employee is expected to do and what remains under the client's production leadership.
Plan for contract costs and continuity
Operator staffing quotes depend on local labor rates, job duties, shift schedules, overtime, assignment length, and the required staffing model. A larger headcount also increases weekly payroll and onboarding exposure. We evaluate these details before providing pricing or volume terms; travel and per diem, when applicable, are scoped separately.
For continuity, identify a single client contact for attendance, performance feedback, schedule changes, and replacement requests. Share the worksite location, desired headcount by shift, equipment, minimum qualifications, and start-date flexibility through the manufacturer staffing request.
